Where would I go to experience the uniqueness of your culture?
Everywhere you go there is a new and different culture to experience. Even the lower
levels have something interesting, just keep your wallet close! One of the newer cultures is
the "User" culture. The people of this culture spend most of their time in Virtual Reality,
using and writing simulations for the arcades. One of the best users is the notorious
Ravage, who is undefeated in the combat sims.
